outlook XP toolbar font size

I know that in outlook 2003 that we can customize our toolbars as we like,
but if I have a outlook XP, is that I can also customize by myself? because I
have tried to find it for a while, even in microsoft web, how can I do that?

Just right-click any toolbar and click Customize.
