Windows XP SP2
Embedded graphics from HTML mail started becoming "Red X" for one Outlook XP
SP3 user regardless of senders (internal or Internet), thus not viewable.
Saving those pictures from "Red X" placeholders always work.
Graphics attachments are okay
Have checked the settings of section "Multimedia" of IE6 browser, and all
individual settings are checked incl "Show Picture"
Thanks for any suggestion to fix this problem.
Is there any relevant setting in the client's Outlook files in
"..Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" folder?
Very tempted to use "Restore Defaults" from IE browser
Tools.Options.Advanced.Internet Options, but unsure of any negative
side-effects.
Should "Restore Defaults" be used? What registry hive saves these custom
settings for later restore?
Thanks
