outlook xp

I have tried to setup outlook xp to send and receive my
email. I followed the directions and everything was done
correctly - a test message was successfully sent.

However, I find I can send email using outlook, but
cannot receive it (I have sent test messages from my ISP -
they are received by the ISP webmail, but not by
outlook).

incoming mail server: mail.access4less.net and outgoing
is: smtp.access4less.net

Tools, accounts mail properties, email, email address and reply address have to be the same and click on use this account when receiving mail. Also under servers tab, at the bottom, my server requires authentication. Go to settings and click add in your user name and password there. Log on using, put in user name and password. Go apply and you should be o.k.
