I am trying to move a Windows XP SP2 system from a domain environment to a
workgroup environment. The system has been moved from an office with a
small business server 2003 domain into a much smaller office using an XP P2P
network. When I try to setup outlook to do any of the following I get a "not
implemented" error message.
Open a .pst file
Import a .pst file
Attempt to set up the mail client.
I can do all of these things sucessfully on another machine in the same
workgroup that is NEW and was never a member of the domain at the other
office. I can also get outlook express to let me set up the mail client on
the machine that gives me ther errors in outlook.
I think the problem is something to do with security or policy settings in
the old domain. Does anyone have the answer to this problem for me.
