I have 1 computer that just started to NOT recieve incoming mail. The other
computer does recieve incoming on Outlook. It just started. The error message
says "contact ISP provider". It was fine until I had to reset the 2wire
router because of a new computer. Could this be the problem? In the router it
does show the computer on the "network" list. The computer with problem has
no problem with internet access, just not recieving incoming email on
outlook. The "mail server" shows email there...but it is not recieving in
Outlook. Any ideas?

A new computer would not necessitate the resetting of your router. I
suspect some other problem, but can you connect tot eh 2Wire router via your
web browser on the PC with the problem? If so, examine the settings for the
new PC in the router.
