i would like to view my "address book" underneath my
folders. are you able to tell me how to do this ?

Confusing question. Outlook does not have an address book so there is
nothing to move to the Outlook Navigation bar. All data resides in Contact
Folders. The "address book" is merely a view of the electronic addresses in
your Contact Folders.
