How do you correct the error - The add-in "C:\WINNT\system32\acexchex.dll" could not be installed or loaded? Have tried detect and repair and that did not work.

With Outlook closed, try deleting the file
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat
