Hi,

I had loaded the MS Office 2003 Beta onto my computer, my
trial period has expired and I reloaded my MS Office XP.
In doing so, I can n longer send/receive my e-mail. When
you click send/receive I get a operation failed.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have uninstalled and
re-installed and ran into the same problem. I verified
the configurations.

Any help would be appreciated!

You may need to recreate your mail profile. See if the information in the
