Recently my outlook stopped in its ability to retrieve and send emails. On pullling down the tools menu I noticed an un-highlighted accounts category. what gives and how do I fix.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, tomf asked:

I'm also having problems with my Outlook program. I'll have to post the exact
error message that I get here.

I can't use the program at all and will probably have to re-install it - which
I'm not looking forward to - plus I have more than one version of the program
and I'm just thinking about sweeping the whole lot of them (which probably
isn't very wise) and starting from the beginning by installing the latest
version.
