when ever I turn on outlook I get the message "Can't
contact LDAP Directory server (81)
what does that mean?
should I be concerned about it?
how do I fix it?

If you do not use an LDAP server, remove it from Tools->Email accounts->View
or change address books/directories. My hunch is that you just upgraded from
Outlook 2000, right?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
