Outlook

Ok, I'm basically fed
up with outlook 07.

the emails I get are
highly unformatted,
have red x boxes,
can't see html, etc.

I'm not concerned with
malware.

so how can I get outlook
to default into giving me
any and all email that
are sent to me?

I've tried to use adding
sender to safe list,
but it doesn't give me
the true/real email formatting
it was sent to me in.

upgraded the hardware
and achieved better
performance.
