I have a computer with 2 users. We each have user names
and Outlook is set up on each user name for separate
emails. However, when we log into Outlook on the 2nd
account the inbox for the 1st account shows up. We can
email from the 2nd account and the proper name shows up
but we can't get incoming mail.

What version of Outlook and if 98 or 2000, what mode? Check Help->About,
second line should say Internet Mail Only or Corporate or Workgroup.

You can have outlook challenge for individual profiles.
You will have to have 2 separate profiles for each user.
When Outlook starts, it will challenge for which profile you want to use....
