I am getting this message a lot when Outlook crashes. What is going on? The
laptop in question has Time Matters 8 and Franklin Covey hooks.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8010.0, stamp 43d16d53,
faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2945, stamp 44ab9a84, debug?
0, fault address 0x00012a5b.

Also, can someone direct me to where I can find out how to read this message?

You don't happen to be running Snag It or Plaxo do you? These are both known
to cause this problem. Not all Add Ins are compatible with all versions of
Outlook or really compatible at all. Norton can cause this problem too, both
the Office Add In and also scanning of incoming outgoing email.

It appears to happen most frequently when e-mails are being deleted and sent
to the delete folder.

One of the workstations in my office was getting the same exact error, the
only difference is that the outlook version was 11.0.5510.0. The only way I
got it to run again after trying to delete the outcmd, dat, extend.dat, all
temp files deleting Office 2003, was to go into the registry and under the
Current User and Local Machine keys and delete the references to Office 11
and Outlook under the Microsoft Office Headings. I also completely delete the
Microsoft Office Folder under Program Files manually to make sure nothing was
left in it from before.
