This is what is happening, about half of our computer users have access to
the Internet and those that have access can turn on/off then Internet when
not using it. This is standard practice here. What we are running into is
that when an e-mail is an HTML type e-mail and the Internet is disconnected
Outlook will get hung up and e-mail will not be forwarded unless Internet is
reconnected.
I know we can switch to 'plain text', but my manager would like to avoid
doing this constantly. We would like to send the e-mail to any user as we see
it (those with Internet connection) without having to turn on Internet.
-every PC has Outlook 2003
-we run Exchange 2007
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
