outlook2000 format changed to table style-can't change back to me.

I'm stumped. My default printer got changed to my UPS thermal printer now my
emails print as if they are on a 4x6 label. Have changed all defaults back
to correct printer and it tests fine. Just this situation in Outlook 2000.
found in File the format table style & memo style but it won't change. Now
you see in print preview that the message is in table style.
I've used this program for several years without any trouble. Only when I
changed computers and installed on new computer. I haven't done any updates
to this program and not sure if I should before I get this resolved.
Sure hope someone can help with this one....
