Outlook2002 - Change jpg viewer

Is it possible to be able to view jpg, gif etc attachments without double
clicking each file separately?
eg. Like Outlook Express

Or Double click 1 to launch Windows Picture & Fax viewer instead of the
Photo Editor?
If I look at these files from within My Pictures folder, I have no issue.

Any ideas?
