outlook2003 and activesync4.2 is sync with 2 profiles possible?

At work we use 2 outlook profiles 1 for e-mail and 1 for a company calendar.
Prior version of active sync 4.0 and outlook allowed sync with profile
chasen at start of sync process. since upgrade to active sync 4.2 and outlook
2003 i can no longer choose which profile to sync with at each sync but must
select 1 profile on establishing a relationship between the pda and the
handheld. Having done this the pda cannot sync with the other profile. This
is annoying as it worked well before and allowed fuller access to e-mail and
business calendar.
However since the upgrades I have lost this function. I have tried simply
copying the calendar to the email profile but cant( probably why a separate
profile for the calendar was set up in 1st place the company email setup is
compex and is not accessible over web ).
Any ideas as to 1 why i could do this before and cant now with the"improved
programs " 2 any fixes that could bring back the function

Hm... I use multiple profiles at home and use ActiveSync 4.2 and I'm
prompted. You might consider asking in
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync, which is
where followups to this will go.
