outlook2003 and page by email

I had to delete a profile, now when trying to send a page by email from IE6
nothing happens. Outlook does not open. I did check to make sure outlook is
the email option for programs in internet options.

I'm sorry, to be a clearer, I had to delete a user profile and reinstall
outlook.
