Outlook2003 can no longer connect to Exchange Server

I have recently had to repair my Windows 2000 Advanced Server and re-apply
all of the Service Packs and HOTFIXES from Microsoft. Since completing this,
the only application that fails to run is my Outlook2003 client. I can an
instant message when trying to start Outlook that the exchange server is
unavailble, and or the information store cannot be opened.

I am a remote user to my company and I use Checkpoints Secure Remote to VPN
into the corporate office. I can connect with out look on my other systems,
but not on this system, which is my main system.

On the system that has the problem, I can do the following:

1. Authenticate to the domain.
2. Ping the Exchange server.
3. Browse and connect to any system on the Domain local and or Remote.

What I have tried:

1. Removing my profile and reconfiguring (Failed)
2. De-installing outlook 2003 and rebooting then re-installing (Failed)
3. Entirely Removing Office 2003 and Outlook along with the folder under
Program Files, Application Data and Local Settings.
4. Installed all version of Outlook from 2000 to 2003, all version cannot
connect.

What I think is an Issue:

Its seems that de-installing Outlook and removing the directories is not
enough. There seems to be data stored somewhere that is causing a re-install
to still see the other malfunctioning version. I have proven this by
installing Outlook 2000 and was prompted, AFTER a comlete de-install and
Reboot, if I would like to use the existing configureation or create a new
installation configuration, which is what I chose and it (Failed).

At this point I am at a loss and I must say a little frustrated with the
product. Any help you may be able to add will be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
