Outlook2003 on Citrix Metaframe Server...cannot open genifax.oft f

We have Windows server 2003 office 2003 genifax 3.4 installed on Outlook2003
on Citrix Metaframe Server. When we try to print to Genifax Printer the
Outlook Send form does not come up.When I try to force the form to open thru
Outlook I get prompted each time I open it to install scripting for Outlook.

PS When installing office I included Visual Basic scripting for Outlook
Does anyone know if there are any compatability problems with Outlook 2003
and Metaframe Presentation Server 4?
