Outlook2003 pop3 accounts-Repeat error message

I have 2 pop3 email accounts set-up and running in Outlook 2003. When i add
a 3rd (this one from Tiscali), and press 'Send/Receive' the other accounts
sync up fine, but the Tiscali one keeps asking for my Username and password,
which i have already entered when i setup the account and clicked 'Remember
password'. So, when the 'Enter Network Password' dialog box appears and i
click ok, it disappears for about 5 seconds, then comes back again, and again
and will not let me check the mail in this account.

This seems to be the case no matter who the 3rd email account is setup with,
it seems I cant have more than 2 pop3 accounts. Hope you can help
