Hi folks,
At our office, we use Outlook2003 on an exchange server. For long and
boring reasons, we want to redirect mail from account1 to account2,
unless it is an undeliverable bounced message.
we have set a rule up in account1 which basically says:
When a message arrives
redirect it to account2
except if senders address contains postmaster,mailer-daemon etc. etc.
and stop processing rules.
This works fine for most messages, however we are seeing some that are
being forwarded instead of redirected. Th only thing that they appear
to have in common is that they look like "broken" HTML messages (i.e.
you can see all the HTML tags in the message.)
Any ideas what I should be looking or to fix this? Does Outlook have
problems with certain formats of email?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Best Regards
