Outlook2003 tries to configure itself for using OneNote2007 after each start

Hi,

I am running MS Office 2003 on my machine. Now i have installed OneNote
2007, which i downloaded from the MSDNaa webpage of my university.
Everything works quite fine, but there is one issue.
Each time, I start Outlook 2003, it tries to configure itself for using
OneNote2007.

After this configuration a reboot is recommended.

But after rebooting my machine and starting Outlook 2003 again , I
still get the same message and the same procedure starts again.

Is there any possibility to shut off the integrity of OneNote2007 and
Outlook2003.
