Outlook2003 UpdateJunk Email Filter(KB916521) will not install

Have tried to install Outlook2003 UpdateJunk Email Filter(KB916521) several
times both through automatic updates and manually; however, each time message
appears that update did not install. Any suggestions?

Are you using a trial version of Office 2003 which has expired or about
to expire soon?

No, it is a full, authorized version that has bee installed and automatically
updated for nearly two years.
