Outlook2003 won't connect server on my PC

Hi!
I am new for outlook & exchange server. I usually used office
administrator account on my PC, and Outlook 2003 to recieve my
email(different account). It works well, but on yesterday, our exchange
server had a crash. After it reboot, my outlook can't connect the server.
When I start outlook, outlook logo show, then it shows Connect to exchange
server window with my user name and blank password, I enter the right
password(Also select the remember my PW), but it still popup and keep asking.
If i hit Cancel several times, it will show 'Cannot start Microsoft Office
Outlook.........' and close the window.

But if I use my personal account, I can connect exchange server without
problem. This happen after server crash, so does anyone know what cause this
happened?

Haven't touched Exchange for a while, but check for which domain accounts can
access the Exchange account [depending on versions as my last Exchange
administration was 5.5!].
