Outlook2k3 - message body changes..

- Outlook 2003
- MS Exchange 6.5 SP2
- Windows Server 2003 sp1
- XP Pro sp2
- Symantec Corporate Antivirus 10.0.2


Occasionally, when a user sends an email, the message body does not match
what was sent. This is an important issue as some emails are going out with
whole paragraphs and words missing.

I have checked Anti Virus options and made sure all patches and updates are
installed on the Server and Client systems. Any help would be appreciated.
