This came from a previous post. See below:

I use Outlook to manage the appointments but I create them in Access. I
wrote an article in Access Advisor magazine last year explaing how to do it.
The sample database for that article is at:

http://www.datastrat.com/Download/OutlookAppointment.zip

I copied the form but get an error when click on schedule appt. it says
Set a reference to the Outlook Object Library.

I am not sure how to do this. Any help??

Thanks,
Barb

Go to the database window and select Forms. Select a form you know has code
behind it and open the code window. Click on Tools - References and scroll
to find Outlook then check it. Close and Save.

Thanks Steve,

Its works great for my home office but when I tap in remotely to the office
via Citrix when I go to Tools in the Code - References is greyed out and not
an option.

Any ideas???

Thanks,
Barb

Sorry, I don't have a good answer. I would think that when you are at the
office you need to set the reference there. Then when you connect remotely,
you should be able to manage your Outlook appointments.
