Outlookl attachment problem

I have a pc that has the following specifications and is
receiving this error message when trying to save an
attachment.

Outlook cannot save the URL to a file. Can't find this
file. Make sure the path and file name are correct.

The PC is
Windows XP SP1
Outlook 2000 SP3

Microsoft has a fix according to the following page. I
was just wondering if anyone knew what this is rather
than trying to contact them. Here is the page.

You'll need to contact Microsoft to obtain the fix. In general they will
provide it fre of charge.
