outlook keeps telling me that a psExcExt.dll file is missing...Please help.

This file appears to be from Frontstep CRM. Click
'Tools|Option|Other|Advanced Options' and look in the Add-In Manager and COM
Add-ins to see if there's mention of this add-in. If found, remove it or
uncheck it.
