Outlook's bcc

T

Terry

Users receiving email do not see there own email address
or name when someone has sent them an email using the bcc
function in Outlook. Is there a way to include the name or
email address when using bcc for multiple email addresses?

No. The whole point of BCC is that the addresses in the BCC field are
completely hidden -- once the mail is sent, the addresses disappear. You
might want to do a mail merge or mass mailing to multiple addresses so that
the message is sent individually to each recipient -- then they will see
their own name and address in the received message.
