Outlooks folder views

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help. My father-in-law has just called: he has a
problem with Outlloks 2003 folder views. For some reason, the view
(specifically the categories by which the mails are arranged) have all
changed.

He runs his own business and has a folder for each client. Changing all the
folders back manually will take hours.

I can help him return everything to default using the /cleanviews switch but
does anyone know a way of applying a single view to all Outlook folders at
once?

Also, anyone have any clue how this could have happened?

Modify the default Messages view.

Why this happened is hard to say without knowing what exactly was different
for the view.
