Using Outlook 2003 I find that a rule create that matches a specific
phrase within the body and moves the message to a designated folder
does not always move messages that match the phrase.
On first glance it appear that it may be due to the position of the
phrase within the message body, i.e. if the phrase is at the end of a
reasonably sizable message it will not be match whilst if at the
beginning it will.
Does anyone know whether only a certain amount of the message is
parsed?
If so is there anyway round it?
p.s. all mail is automatically generated by the same system so will be
in the same format (i.e. are all plain text not html).
