Outlook's junk mail default setting should be none

My office recently moved to Outlook. We did not know about the junk mail
settings (which default to "low"). As a result, business messages were lost
as well as personal messages. It was quite frustrating to one day find that I
had 30-40 messages in junk mail, of which half were valid messages. It was
especially frustrating because I knew people (including our vendors) who had
sent emails over, but I never received them because they were considered
junk.
I suggest that they start with the junk mail settings turned off so this
mistake doesn't happen.
