Outlook's mailmerge feature brings up msg: cannot start DOSWRD32..

1-why would it need a DOS converter?
2-I've repaired outlook
3-I've added all the text converters via Office Converter Pack
4- I haven't even specified a document yet
5- Error msg keeps occuring regardless of option selection.
