outlooks .nk2 file

Using Outlook 2003 with Exchaneg 2003.

When you send someone an email, it records the name and email address in a
file called outlook.nk2. This way, when you go to send another email, all
you have to do is type the first letter or two and there it is.

Is there a way to edit this to remove an email so it does not keep popping
up a particular email address for a person?

I would delete the file and let Outlook re-create it, but there are hundreds
of emails in mine.

Sure. Start a new e-mail message. Type a letter or two so that a list of
names pops up with the offending name on it. Use your arrow keys to highlight
the offending name in the list and press the DELETE key on your keyboard.
