OutlookXP help

I currently had a mishap that wiped out Windows XP. I reinstalled and
windows will not boot. Therefore I have an installation of OfficeXP that I
need the info off of. Specifically the Address book. I now have that drive
as a second, and running WinXP and OfficeXP on a fresh install on a
different drive. I cant launch that version off the second drive because it
hasnt been "installed" on this O/S. So I cant export my personal file. Am I
making sense??
What file is the address book and the inbox?? Can I just cut and paste them
into the new install???
