Outloook 2003 not sending from correct account!

I could do with some help please.

I have 5 seperate email accounts, all with different domain names (I work
with 5 different companies and have an email address from each of these
companies) which all working fine if I send a new email.

However, when I receive an email and want to reply to it or forward it, I
have to select the account from which to send it! This is really irritating,
as I receive a great number of emails a day, all of which have to be either
replied to or forwarded.

Is it possible to set up Outlook 2003 so that all emails that are replied to
(or forwarded from) are sent from the account to which they were originally
sent?

Does this make sense? I hope you can help me.
