Close Outlook. Find and rename or delete the frmcache.dat
and then reopen
Outlook and try again.

I click on tasks, then click on new. Then I type a task
name in the subject field and information in the box
below. The Due Date = None, Status = Not Started, Start
Date = None, Priority = Normal, % Complete = 0%, then
click on Save/Close. And I get the message:

Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter
values are not valid.

I cannot save the message. When I click to close it, and
given the option to save it, if I click 'yes' I get the
same error again.

Does that help?

Thanks,
Deb
