Outook Delegation

When one of my Users attempts to delegate access to her Mailbox\Outlook
Calendar the system will not allow her to.

Prior to this her Exchange address had been 'hidden' so that all email would
forward to another SMTP address. Her email will still flow to the second
SMTP address. Her account will be hidden again after the delegations are
made.

Could the un-hiding of the account impact on her ability to delegate?

Is there something else in Exchange that would cause this.

For starters, Outlook has to have a connection to Exchange to set up Delegate
access, so if she's in Offline mode, or Cached mode and not connected, then
it won't work.

Can you tell us exactly what she sees when she tries to do this?

No error message. When the Window comes up that designates the specific
delegations for the account, which in this case is only Calendar and Task,
when clicking on OK, the delegation and its specifics do not save.
