Output To Problem

A2002 in Windows2000 Network environment don't allow me to
Output to Word via the Macro. I get an error
message "Access cannot start the OLE server" .....
reinstall the OLE Server to register it correctly.

What do I need to do, and how do I do this. It worked fine
in A97. IT people install our software, so if I can't do
this from within Access, what do I need to tell them?
