Output via a macro

J

Jeremy

I am getting the message when trying to run a macro
created on another machine.

"The format in which you are attempting to output the
current object in not available."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled OfficeXP. I have
installed both office sp1&2. Still the same problem. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

What format are you trying to output to? What's the
macro supposed to do specifically?

It is supposed to output the data to an excel spreadsheet
on our network. That is all the macro is supposed to do.

According to KB article 226526:
You did not specify a file name.
-or-
The file name that you supplied contains an invalid
character (!@#$%^&*():;).
-or-
The path that you specify does not exist. You must
specify the path withthe file name.

Are you sure the network drive is mapped and the drive
letter correct?

I have checked and doubled checked the file name and path
and everything is correct. The only characters in the
path are :) \) those are the only two characters in the
path.
