outret.msi not found

.. Needed to upgrade Office XP Sp 2
.. Not on harddrive or CD's
Installed off XP SP2 OK on portable but file is not there
either.
Don't want to use my "Free" calls to MS yet.

Have you found out anything about this? I am having the
same problem. Would appreciate any info you have found.
