When I try to download SP2 I am told I have it downloaded but not installed. When I try to install it my PC trys to reinstall outlook 2002 asks me to insert a disc in the tray. I don't have any discs all cam preinstalled. I have recovery discs only. When I search deeper I find the install program is searching for outret.msi. My prpblem surfaced when I tried to hotsync my Pocket PC and after many successful syncs suddenly tells me Outlook is not available to the current user. I am the ONLY user. So far MS has only sent me on wild goose chases from one site to another. I have tried looking for outret.msi elsewhere but go only help for SP1 which is already downloaded and installed. Sorry for going on but I wanteed you to know what has happened so far. Chaplain Dave
