Over Allocated Resources

How do I open up all MS Projects that are associated with the resource that
is over allocated and the day in which he is over allocated. I can't figure
out how to do that without having to really do a lot of work. I can open
each project one by one but this resource has over 20 projects assigned to
him in the next month.

Hi: Select the "resource usage" view. If you are working with enterprise
resources in enterprise projects, the resource is listed with all its
projects and the tasks of the current project . Hope this helps, DenverWaterPM

Hello Denver,

I am working with enterprise projects but when I select resource usage for
that resource it doesn't show me anything. Do I have to have all of the
resources projects open to see those projects?

Also if I look at the availabilty for this particular resource it doesn't
show over allocated in either PWA or in Build a Enterprise Team from project
but when I schedule this resource for a certain time frame it will not allow
me and pushes the dates out a week or so. Nothing shows over allocated
though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
