I've had this problem at a previous job, and somehow sorted it out. I'm in
the same predicament and I can't remember what I did. I think I'm using a
different version of outlook then before. Right now I'm using '03.
I have nothing in my personal folder, except for a few tasks. When I get an
email it goes right into an archive folder. I keep getting messages telling
me that emails have been bounced back to the sender because its over my
quota. My limit per message is 10mb, and these emails are smaller, so I don't
think that's the problem.
I am moving emails into the archive folder by simply clicking and dragging.
Is that not the proper way to do it perhaps?
Someone please help!
