Overall Average

I have a report which groups on Dept and shows number of complaints resolved,
and average age of complaints by department. There is a new page for each
department. I want to show an overall average on each page, and have made a
subreport with hospital average, but when I add it to the main report, it
comes up empty. Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to check to see if Access helped you and placed values in the
Link Master/Child properties. If so, try remove them.

Did that, didn't help. But I found another post elsewhere suggesting a
Dlookup formula, which worked great. Thanks!
