Overallocated? (Newbie)

Why oh why does my resource usage view show a resource to
be overallocated with only 5 hours of tasks on a specific
day when the resource is available 8 hours that day?

At one point I thought it could be that they were both
scheduled at the same time that day....but I don't see
where a time is indicated for either of them.
