Overallocation Inconsistencies in "Resource Usage" View

[PS 2007] Hi everyone.

We're using the Enterprise Resource pool, where resources are assigned to
multiple projects.

The problem is this: In several cases, the "Resource Usage" view is showing
overallocation for Resources with a load of work less than 8 hours (which is
their Capacity). I can see the "Other Project and Commitments" line but the
total ammount of hours per day is less than 8 hours and I don't know why is
showing overallocation.

I've checked the "Resource Availabiliy" option in PWA (included the Proposed
bookings) and nothing changes: Same hours of work as seen in Project.

Can anyone tell me why is this happening. This is a link for a screenshot:

Hi,

Both 1 hr jobs probably start at (about) the same time during the day and
since your resoruce probably doesn't have the gift of bilocation, he/she has
a problem

Thank you Jan.

You're right. In the Resource Usage view I applied a Zoom In and then I
realized that both task were starting at the same time (hour-minutes) and the
max capacity for every 15 minute period (which is 0,25 hrs) was surpassed.
