Overdue Status Report error

I have several users that are getting messages about overdue status reports,
but there are none showing in the database. How can I correct thsi?

The Status Report request information is stored in five tables in the
Project Server database,
which are:

MSP_WEB_STATUS_REPORTS
MSP_WEB_STATUS_REQUESTS
MSP_WEB_STATUS_FREQUENCIES
MSP_WEB_STATUS_RESPONSES
MSP_WEB_STATUS_DISTRIBUTION

Are you certain there is no Status Report request data in any of these
tables?
