overdue status report(s) ?

MS Project Server 2003 SP-1

....User (continues) to get "You have 4 overdue status reports" (MS Office
PWA, Status reports overview)...

There are NO overdue reports on the Status Report Archive page for the user...

Suggestions for resolving this are appreciated. Thanks in advance and have
a great day.
